Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My stunning wife JP and my fun-loving Dad Henry are also part of our families. Many people are acquainted with me via my Instagram @annephung, where I write about my experiences - highs, lows and everything that in-between. My parents took me to America in the year 1990 when I was only one and a half years old. young. I would not be sharing my story now had my parents not worked to the max and sacrifice. With the knowledge that I was destined towards a better life, I aimed to please them. I had tunnel vision regarding the success. I thought my life would be the same way as I graduated from college, get an executive position, become married and start with a family. My life that I planned for myself wasn't what it turned out to be. Money and the prestige that I was working in were not enough to make me content. I believed that I was wasting my time and energy for money. I had a love for working out and I enjoyed being social and helping others as I navigated towards this path. I found my niche in private training. My company was founded in the year 2014 and I'm celebrating seven years of growth next year, 2021. Being an Asian female in this business, there are a few of women like us. As coach, my mission is to encourage others to help them live a an active and healthy life by establishing sustainable and healthy lifestyles tailored to the individual's preferences and requirements. Also, I strive to inspire individuals to follow their dreams and do anything and everything they want to achieve in their lives. My career began taking off at the time I had the best success of my life. However, my mother was killed just as my career took off. After eight years of battle with the disease, she is currently resting at Heaven. I will never forget her, and will always keep her in my thoughts as well as my heart. The lessons of life can be hidden from us However, they can be very valuable. Many ways, my mother's passing changed me. I honestly believe that she gave me another opportunity to experience her loss. When she passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was the time to embark on her new journey and allow me to receive a second chance at living the most happy, joyful and purposeful life. In my 30's, I am alive and conscious I am truly aware like I'm living my life today and not merely existing like the way I did in my former. I share my life and experiences with you, hoping that you will resonate by my experiences and words to help you realize that you are not alone, for you to know that you're capable of anything you can imagine. mind to that true love can be found in therapy that is normal and needed that health truly is the most valuable source of wealth. My prayer is to live your life fully and that you will die with no regrets, as that's the only thing that we can count on in this time.
